1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jumbi (“the Service”), operated by Jishu Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Jumbi.

2. Description of Service

Jumbi is an AI-powered code risk assessment platform that analyzes source code for security vulnerabilities, code quality issues, dependency risks, and technical debt. The Service provides quantified risk scores and remediation recommendations. Jumbi is designed as an advisory tool and does not guarantee the absence of security vulnerabilities or code defects.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of Jumbi. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Code Submissions

When you submit code for assessment, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to submit the code for analysis
  • The submission does not violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
  • The code does not contain malicious content intended to harm our systems

You retain all ownership rights to your code. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over code you submit. Code is processed in memory and not stored after assessment completion.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Jumbi offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan code you do not have authorization to analyze
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our assessment algorithms
  • Overwhelm our systems with automated requests beyond your plan limits
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate harm
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Jumbi is provided “as is” and “as available.” Risk assessments are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for security decisions. Jishu Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from security incidents in code that was assessed by Jumbi.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of Jumbi after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
